ANNA'S JOURNEY

More than 10 years ago, I started my personal mind, body and soul transformation. 

This path has taken a lot of effort, education, perseverance, dedication and improvement.

I’ve also lost nearly 40 lbs, but I also lost numerous uncertainties, negative emotions, destructive mindset beliefs and old behavioral patterns. In addition to improving my physical appearance, I also improved mentally and spiritually. 

I will help improve your life at the pace that is comfortable for you, following  key rule that reflects my philosophy: “one day at a time, one step at a time”.
